F Series Brackets

• The product is made by welding or stamping steel profiles to form a single piece. The outer surface is treated with anti-corrosion treatment.
• Depending on the different design requirements, it can be used for the fixation of 1, 2, or 3 parallel cables.
• The cable fixing bracket with a sliding structure is protected by a patent (Patent Number: ZL 201110387515.8; Patent Type: Invention Patent), which is used for the sliding expansion of cables and reduces the workload of cable laying and fixation.

The pipe jacking and shield support structures shown in the figure can be fixed by means of embedded iron, embedded nuts and bolts, embedded screws, expansion bolts and chemical anchor bolts; the semi-circular support and the cable support arm are connected by bolts, which are convenient for disassembly and replacement and for adding.

Note:

Purpose: This type of support is used for cable support in pipe jacking tunnels. It is designated with the model code "F". The number and size of cable brackets are designed according to the engineering requirements. 

Material selection and process requirements: 

1. The columns are made of 6mm thick steel plates, which are bent to form a channel steel structure. The side of the columns have holes for installing the cross-arms, with the hole diameter being ∅14 and the hole spacing set at 100mm. These can be adjusted appropriately according to the on-site requirements.
2. The cross-arms are made of 6mm thick steel plates, which are bent to form a channel steel structure. The ends have holes, and the hole spacing is 100mm. The length and the opening size of the cross-arms are customized according to the actual engineering needs.
