D Series Brackets

• The product is made by welding or stamping steel profiles to form a single piece. The outer surface is treated with anti-corrosion treatment.
• Depending on the different design requirements, it can be used for the fixation of 1, 2, or 3 parallel cables.
• The cable fixing bracket with a sliding structure is protected by a patent and is used for the sliding expansion and contraction of the cables, reducing the workload of cable laying and fixation.

The D-type cable support fixes the cable clamp base to the column through U-shaped bolts, which enables convenient adjustment of the cable height and the installation angle of the cable. It can be flexibly used for cable laying in various special occasions. The cable clamp can be adjusted up and down along the A direction, can rotate 360° along the B direction, and can also rotate 360° along the C direction. The D-type cable support can fix single, multiple, single-loop, or multiple-loop cables.

Type DⅠ support is tightened on the top of the tunnel by an adjustable clamping mechanism, which can increase its load-bearing capacity and stability; Type DⅡ support is fixed to the ground using expansion bolts or chemical anchors; The height of Type DⅡ support should not exceed 3 meters. If it needs to be higher than 3 meters, additional relative fixation between the supports is required to enhance its load-bearing capacity and stability.

Note:

Usage: This type of bracket is used for the horizontal (flat) fixation of cables. It is denoted by the model code "D". Fixing two cables is D2, fixing three cables is D3, and so on. 

Material selection and process requirements: 

1. The cable clamp base is made of 8mm steel plate (Q235), and is fixed with U-shaped bolts to the cylindrical part. The width is 120mm. The length and the distance between the cable clamp installation holes are determined according to the selected cable clamp. The hole diameter is ∅14.
2. The main column is made of ∅108 cylindrical parts. The standard height is 4800mm. Special requirements should be determined according to the project requirements. The distance from the center of the return line hole to the bottom plate is 2800mm. The diameter of the return line hole is ∅11. The distance from the grounding wire hole to the bottom plate is 60mm, and the spacing between the grounding wire holes is 38mm, with a diameter of ∅7. 
3. The bottom plate is made of 300*300 12mm Q235 steel plate. The hole spacing is 250*250mm. It is installed and fixed with 4 M12*80 expansion bolts or welded to the pre-embedded iron.
