B Series Brackets

• The product is made by welding or stamping steel profiles to form a single piece. The outer surface is treated with anti-corrosion treatment.
• Depending on the different design requirements, it can be used for the fixation of 1, 2, or 3 parallel cables.
• The cable fixing bracket with a sliding structure is protected by a patent and is used for the sliding expansion and contraction of the cables, reducing the workload of cable laying and fixation.

The B-type cable support is made by welding steel sections and sheet metal stamping parts together. It is used for the ground support and fixation of multiple cables. The height of the support is determined according to the contract requirements and the actual site conditions. The maximum height should not exceed 1.5 meters. The base plate for the support installation is fixed to the ground using expansion bolts or chemical anchor bolts.

Explanation: 

Usage: This type of bracket is used for the horizontal (flat) fixation of cables. It is denoted by the model code "C". Fixing two cables is C2, fixing three cables is C3, and so on. 

Material selection and process requirements: 

The support arm is made of 4mm steel plate (Q235), with a width of 120mm, a height of 25mm at the end, and a height of 95mm at the root. The length and the distance between the cable clamp installation holes are determined according to the selected cable clamp and the phase spacing. The hole diameter is ∅14, and the distance from the return line hole to the installation hole is 60mm. The diameter of the return line hole is ∅11.

The main column is made of 5mm square tube, with a standard height of 1300mm. Special requirements are determined according to the engineering requirements. The distance from the grounding wire hole to the bottom plate is 60mm. The spacing between the grounding wire holes is 38mm, and the diameter of the grounding wire hole is ∅7.

The bottom plate is made of 160*160 12mm Q235 steel plate, with a hole spacing of 120*120mm. It is installed and fixed by 4 M12*80 expansion bolts or welding with the pre-embedded iron.
