Solid-Insulated Dry-Type Branch Connector
The Ankura-FZX-GT 64/110kV solid insulation branch connector is composed of epoxy insulating components, stress cones, cone support assemblies (spring compression devices), tail pipes, and other components. The epoxy insulating components are made through vacuum integral molding, the stress cones are pre-fabricated as a whole, and the conductor connection is achieved through contact fingers for compression and plugging. The epoxy insulating components have undergone strict factory tests. On-site, the cable terminals to be installed are inserted into the epoxy insulating components, the tail pipes are installed, and waterproof and grounding measures are taken. It features convenient installation and reliable operation. The product has over fifteen years of operation experience and is suitable for various operating environments, with reliable performance.
- The insulating branch sleeve is of a fully dry-type structure. The product has a compact structure, is waterproof and moisture-proof, has excellent mechanical properties, and requires no maintenance during operation.
- It can be installed in cable shafts or cable trenches or be directly buried.
- The branch connector can meet the input of one circuit and the output of two circuits.
- Or it can be designed to reserve one circuit and be connected when needed.
- The grounding method of the lines at this product is recommended to be all direct grounding to prevent grounding errors.
- Different cable cross-sections can be connected.
